English Assessment Description

There are three parts to the assessment.  You will need approximately 90 minutes to complete it.

Part A – You will be asked to write a paragraph or two about one of two topic choices given. 

Part B – You will read an article and will have to answer four questions referring to it.

Part C – You will be required to choose one of 4 topics and write several paragraphs expressing
              your opinion to an adult audience.

It takes a few days to a week to complete the assessment/marking process, so it is imperative to come in at least 2 weeks prior to a semester start date to be eligible to enrol in the courses for that session!
