Questions to ask students interested in taking an online course include:

• Why do you want to take this course online?

• Do you have access to a computer and the Internet outside of school?

• Does this course fit into your AEP?

• What was your score on the self-test?

• Do you have your signed Registration form?

• Do you have your Acceptable Use Policy for the school-online.ca signed?

• Have you reviewed the student responsibility information regarding plagiarism
  and participation?

• Do you have the course prerequisites for the course?

• Are you able to be in the classroom for the start date (orientation date) of the course?   NOTE: Please make sure the student knows the orientation date, orientation time (varies from course to course) and the orientation location...they are  sometimes different from regular night school/summer school start dates and locations. Students should be instructed to check the school online website for orientation time and additional information.

  PLEASE NOTE: Students may only register for one full-credit course (or 2 half-credit courses) in a semester at Night School, whether online or in the classroom.
