Registration Steps for Adult students

To register for an online course:

Student Information

  • Select a course
  • Review the FAQ's
  • Check out the course dates and orientation date
  • Complete the self-test
  • Complete the Hardware Test to make sure your computer has the required components
  • Print an Online credit course registration form
  • Complete the registration form and bring it to Continuing Education, in person, during business hours: Continuing Education,(click here for a map)  Room 116, Adult Education Centre South, 100 Elm Drive West, Mississauga
  • Attend the orientation.  Please refer to the Calendar link to find out the location of the orientation session.

*Other documents to bring to registration:

  • Your official transcript of Ontario Secondary School education. If you are an adult working towards a high school diploma and you do not have one, you can request one from the last high school you attended or contact the Adult Education department at (905)270-6000 ext. 6620 for an evaluation to obtain a Statement of Standing. There is a $45.00 fee for this service.
  • If you are a Canadian citizen, bring your birth certificate or citizenship card.
  • If you are a Landed Immigrant, bring your original document with you.
