Students Come First


With 140,000 students, the Peel District School Board is the largest public school system outside of metro Toronto - and we're still one of the fastest growing.

In 2004-05, the projected average cost of educating a student in Peel is $6,510, excluding direct capital grant. In 1999-2000, the average cost was $5,881 - showing that the average cost has increased by $629 per student during the five intervening years.
