Literacy and beyond tip sheets for parents

Make a difference in literacy and beyond—practical ways parents can boost learning

The Peel District School Board hosted its eighth annual parent conference on April 4, 2009 at Sandalwood Heights Secondary School. With almost 1,200 parents attending, Make a difference in literacy and beyond—practical ways parents can boost learning was a tremendous success again this year. The conference provided parents of children at all grade levels with useful tips to help their children be successful in school.

If you missed the event, you can still benefit from the tip sheets created by Peel board staff who presented at the conference. If you're looking for more ways to help your child succeed in school, subscribe to receive a free monthly e-mail package of parent-child activities.
